When you purchase from this site, you agree not to republish any of the material you purchase. You also agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the following terms and conditions, please do not purchase.
I reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions.
Readings
- I am not a qualified therapist and cannot assist with mental health conditions
- I do not give advice on legal proceedings, health matters or pregnancies. Please consult the relevant professional
- I will not be held liable for the outcome of anything you do with the information I give. You act from your own volition and have free will
- You must be over 18 to book a reading with me or buy from this site. By purchasing from this site you agree that you are over the age of 18
Refund Policy
- There are no refunds on readings. I usually start studying a chart immediately so once booked, a reading can only be rescheduled, not cancelled
- Once booked, readings can be rescheduled up to 24hrs in advance, after which no changes can be made
- If you cannot attend the reading and there is less than 24hrs notice, please contact me at ellierosepierpoint @ gmail.com you will forfeit this reading and I will give you a code to book another reading at 50% off
- For exceptional circumstances, contact me at ellierosepierpoint @ gmail.com
- Refunds on coaching programs with valid reasons for cancelling will be given on remaining sessions minus a 25% total fee to cover preplanned sessions. Clients must email at ellierosepierpoint @ gmail.com
Rights to Refuse
- I reserve the right to refuse selling to anyone at my discretion
- If I refuse your purchase with more than 48hrs until a reading, I will refund you
